eBLVD consists of the eBLVD Service, which allows Comalex Support personnel to assist you by viewing and/or controlling your computer.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Click the link below, which will take you to our support site.
2. Click the Yes button when the eBLVD Active X control installation box is displayed.
3. As instructed, confirm you can see the image displayed.
4. When the eBLVD install page is displayed, click on Install Software.
5. Follow the instructions given to you by the Support Representative.
